RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES
At Maxuästik® we work with great dedication to offer high-quality products and services, we have line products, customization services in 3 categories and the Made-to-Measure service.
When our clients ask us for a personalized item, either by selecting materials and colors or with their initials, or when they ask us for a unique custom-designed and manufactured object, we work closely with our clients so the items they request and buy meet their wishes and needs.
As in all our products, we dedicate a lot of attention and passion so that this special object has an excellent manufacture.
This is why we do not make changes, returns or refunds on these items.

At Maxuästik® we value the satisfaction of our customers, which is why if you received a product with manufacturing defects, are not satisfied with the line product or regret your purchase, you can request a refund of your money within 7 calendar days after the date of receipt of the order.
To make valid the return for dissatisfaction:
The product must be in perfect condition and without obvious damage due to misuse.
The product must keep the complete original packaging without signs of mistreatment.
To start the process it is necessary to send an email to [email protected] indicating your full name and order number. You will receive your refund within 30 days from the date the returned products are received. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method that you selected when buying in our online store, however the expenses derived from the return will be borne by the customer.
How to request a return for defective or damaged products:
Based on the Mexican Federal Consumer Protection Law, in the event that you receive items with manufacturing defects, malfunctions, damaged or missing products, you have the right to request a refund of your money within the following 30 days from the date of receipt of the order at your address.
To do so, you must send an email to [email protected] indicating your full name, order number and information about the manufacturing defect of your product (description with photos or videos). We will review your case and, if it is favorable, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method that you selected when purchasing in our online store. There will be no additional cost for you to receive your refund. The product must be returned to Maxuästik®.
How to return the products:
Following the provisions of the Mexican Federal Consumer Protection Law, the shipping costs for returning products due to dissatisfaction or regret, the cost of return will be borne by the customer, however in case of return for defective products the return cost is on us.
After sending us the email, you will receive an authorization code to your email as well as a guide to send the merchandise through our logistics operator. The product must be sent in its original packaging with labels, accessories and additional elements that have been sent in the package and are part of the item to be returned.
Packaging costs are borne by the customer, so we suggest using the same packaging in which you received your purchase if it is not damaged or in a suitable box that preserves the integrity of the product during transport.
